Welcome to the image galleries that I have compiled for the village. I have tried to use as many up-to-date photographs as possible, especially as the village has changed and grown in the last few years. None are older than three years.
There are three galleries: The Village to cover what is in the village as you would see on a stroll around, Alternative Views has others which are slightly different. they may be weather, sunsets or interesting things just outside. Finally the is a new and larger Old Leavening gallery, which features the latest pictures from Don’s archive and some 15 new from Mrs Pickering and her son Tim, from Malton. The exciting part is that many of the people in the photographs have been identified.
